Summary: Since mid-2003 PALS has offered TIG members a training diagnostic consultation. Several organisations have taken up this unique offer and have been delighted with the service provided. We are very pleased to advise that this service continues to be available on highly attractive terms.

This service will be undertaken by Strategies for Training whose sole focus is on strategic training & development assignments. As a result of their long-standing relationship with PALS, Strategies for Training have kindly agreed to provide this packaged service to PALS members for half price, i.e. GBP 1500 plus travel expenses at cost and VAT. There are certain conditions attached (not onerous) and these are shown in the main document together with further details of the offer. Non-members can still benefit from the service which will be provided at the full price. Please note that the earlier free offer was withdrawn on 30th June 2006: partly because the offer proved a victim of its own success and partly because we received feedback from members that they would actually prefer to pay something for this excellent service.

In the light of the experience so far, we can advise that this packaged service equates to at least 2½ days of consultancy time, which would otherwise cost £3000 plus expenses and VAT.
